Lemon Bars

Steps
Sequence Step
1Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
2Flour and grease a 9x13 pan.
3Mix 2 cups flour, powdered sugar and butter like for pie crust. Press firmly and evenly into prepared pan.
4Bake crust for 25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and center is set.
5Beat eggs slightly. Add lemon juice and sugar and stir until well mixed.
6Add four tbsps flour and baking powder. Gently fold until well blended.
7Pour filling over crust and bake for 25 more minutes.
8Sprinkle with more powdered sugar. Cool completely. Cut into 32 one-inch bars.
