cook and chop chicken into 1/2 in. chunks.

combine chicken, soups, milk, salt, pepper, rice, broccoli,and carrots. Pour into sprayed 9x13 casserole dish.

combine margarine and crushed crackers and spread across top of casserole.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
