Cook down spinach with about 1/2 cup of water, salt, pepper and a tablespoon of prepared chopped garlic (Costco)

Cook Chicken Sausage and drain on a paper towel

Once all ingrediants are cooked start the assembly 2 wontons per cup, try to mold them in the cup like a little egg holder :)

Add in about 1 TBSP of the spinach to the wonton cup

add about 1 tsp of the chicken sausage ontop of the spinach

Add about 1/4 cup of Egg whites. You may need to use a fork to move the spinach and sausage around to make sure it is all coated in with 1/4 cup of egg whites.

Once you have filled all 12 cups then sprinkle with a little salt and pepper

Cook for about 15 to 20 min just until the egg whites set up.
