1PReheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease loaf pan with oil. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Beat sugars and eggs with a whisk until light and fluffy, about 10 minutes. Melt cocout oil and slowly add to egg mixture. Add yogurt and vanilla. Fold in dry ingredients and blueberries. Pour into loaf pan and bake for about 1 hr or until tooth pick inserted into middle comes out clean. Cool on wire rack, slice and enjoy.
