1In a double boiler cook oatmeal and eggwhites in the top portion of double boiler with .75 cup of water until creamy. In the bottom of double boiler place your eggs in some water. Serve topped with berries, a splash of coconut/almond milk if desired, a few toasted almonds or slivered almonds if desired and cinnamon with eggs on the side.
