1Grease loaf pan ( I used 8"x8" cassarole dish
2mix all ingredients with electric mixer
3add water if needed to make batter pourable
4pour into pan and bake at 300 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes until cake pulls away from the side
5store in the refrigerator or freeze
6Let cool. After 10 minutes remove from pan and allow to fully cool before slicing
