Grease loaf pan ( I used 8"x8" cassarole dish

mix all ingredients with electric mixer

add water if needed to make batter pourable

pour into pan and bake at 300 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes until cake pulls away from the side

store in the refrigerator or freeze

Let cool. After 10 minutes remove from pan and allow to fully cool before slicing
