Very good bread for the last trimester of pregnancy, loaded with protein for baby brain development. Taste is a little different but make a great sandwich.
This recipe is for a bread machine but if making by hand you need to use warm tap water and may need to add more flour until it is no longer sticky. Mix active yeast, molasses, and warm water and let sit for 5 min. Then add rest of ingredients and knead for 5-10 min. Put in air tight container and let rise about 1 hour. Then form into a loaf and let rise until the size of load you want about 1 hour. Bake @ 350 for 35 min.
