1Salt and Pepper Meat
2Put Olive oil in hot pot (large enough to hold all ingrediants)
3Brown meat to a nice nutty carmalized brown
4remove meat from pot leaving fat and drippings (flavor)
5add garlic and saute till just fragrant
6add onions and suatee till the begin softening
7Add mushrooms making sure heat is high enough that they sizzle not steam but not burn cook to golden brown
8Add meat and any juices that collected
9Braise on medium heat until meat is tender Adding a bit of the chicken broth each time the liquid cooks out.
10When done to you tender liking remove from heat and add sour cream mixing to combine
11Eat over low carb noodle of choice! For us low carbers zucchini noodles work great. For the carb lover in your life use egg noodles!
