1Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese and 1/2 cup of half and half in the bowl of a food processor.
2Add 3 cloves of garlic and processing again.
3Add the Parmesan cheese and process until combined.
4Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain keep warm.
5Heat a skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms until browned and juices have released, about 5 minutes.
6Add remaining half and half and cheese mixture to mushrooms. Heat until thick and the cheese has melted, about 5 minutes.
7Toss with hot pasta and serve.
