1Cook and chop chicken, set aside.
2Boil noodles according to package directions, adding frozen vegetables to cooking noodles to allow for appropriate cooking time. Drain well.
3Add condensed soup, eggs, and 2 cups of broth to noodles and stir until blended. Transfer into 9x13 oven safe pan.
4Sprinkle cheese on top.
5Combine stuffing mix and 1 cup broth, blend well. Sprinkle over top.
6Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and return to oven for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
