Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease and flour the loaf pan.

Mix the sugar and oil together; add eggs, bananas, yogurt, and vanilla, blend well.

Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. DO NOT OVER MIX

Pour into prepared pan, bake 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
