Whisk dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) together

Stir wet ingredients together

Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir well

Add chocolate chips and stir well.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, turn pan and bake another 2 minutes
