1 | Heat oven to 350 deg. |
2 | Line pan with parchment paper |
3 | Mix ground almond, quinoa, hemp hearts and baking powder |

6 | Fold half of egg whites into first mixture then fold rest of egg whites in |

8 | Flatten lightly with a fork |
