The original recipe called for ground almond and flax seed and I changed to equal portions of quinoa flour, ground almond and hemp seed. There is no sugar and no egg yolks.

Beat egg whites with electric mixer on high speed til soft peaks form

Fold half of egg whites into first mixture then fold rest of egg whites in
