Recipe Description The original recipe called for ground almond and flax seed and I changed to equal portions of quinoa flour, ground almond and hemp seed. There is no sugar and no egg yolks.

Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat oven to 350 deg.
2Line pan with parchment paper
3Mix ground almond, quinoa, hemp hearts and baking powder
4Cut in butter til combined
5Beat egg whites with electric mixer on high speed til soft peaks form
6Fold half of egg whites into first mixture then fold rest of egg whites in
7Using 2 spoons, scoop into approximately 15 cookies
8Flatten lightly with a fork
9Bake until golden, about 15 minutes
