Mix yeast with water and sugar and set aside 10 minutes

knead until elastic. allow to proof 1 hour

divide into 32 pieces, shape as desired

poach in boiling water with 1/4 cup baking soda and 2 Tbl sugar until they float

brush with egg wash, sprinkle with salt/seeds. Bake at 500 until golden
