Heat 100 g butter, 15 g sugar, salt and oil in a saucepan until melted, combined.

Remove from heat, add flour.

Stir until dough pulls away from sids of pan.

Press dough into a tart mold.

Dock the dough.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Puree one ripe mango with 200 g sugar and lemon juice.

In a double boiler, combine puree and eggs.

Heat until thickened. Remove from heat and add 80 g butter in pieces.

Cover mixture directly with plastic to avoid skin forming.

Refrigerate until cold, thick.

Cut remaining mango into thin slices.
