Chop mangos and jalapenos in food processor.

Put into stainless steel heavy pan and add sugar.

Add Lemon juice and stir

Heat mixture stirring occaionally until boiling.

Continue to boil until mixture reaches 222 degrees on a candy thermometer.

Add liquid pectin and cook for 1 more minute.

Ladle into prepared jelly jars.

Clean lids and threads of jar and put on lids hand tightened.

Cool on rack.
