1Boil chicken in water until fully cooked
2Remove chicken.
3Add carrots, sweet potato, and celery. Cook for 20 mins.
4While that is cooking chop up chicken. Separate gullets, neck, and other none flesh parts.
5Add potatoes and boil for another 20 mins. (Add additional potatoes and cook longer to thicken.)
