Sequence Step
1Brown sausage in skillet and drain. In dutch oven bring water and beef bullion to a boil. Add white rice and cook until rice is just tender. Add the cooked sausage and the spinach and black pepper. Reduce heat to a simmer and let simmer for 10 minutes.
2Serve with saltine crackers or crusty bread.
