1saute onion,and pepper in a skillet with pam and small amount of water add garlic cook add ground chicken cook till no longer pink add tomato sauce and salt onion powder oregano let simmer 15 min pour sauce 1/4 up in bottom of pan layer of cooked noodles then cheese continue layering till all is used top with mozarella bake at 375 for 1 hour
