DISSOLVE TWO PACKAGES OF YEAST IN A 1/2 OF WARM WATER IN A LARGE BOWL.

BEAT IN 2 EGGS AND ADD 1 1/2 CUPS OF MILK MIX AND 3 TSP OF SALT. ADD 4 CUPS OF FLOUR AND BEAT SMOOTH.

TURN OUT ON FLOUR BOARD AND KNEED UNTIL SMOOTH AND ELASTIC.

RETURN TO BOWL COVER AND LET RISE UNTIL DOUBLE. PUNCH DOWN, TURN OUT ON BOARD AND DIVIDE IN HALF.
