1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking sheet.
2In a food processor, whip the eggs thoroughly. Add coconut milk in, starting with 7 drops of liquid stevia. Pulse several times to thoroughly mix.
3Add butter/oil, then pulse several times to blend. Add dry ingredients and pulse gently to mix. Taste the dough and see if your flavor is in range and feel free to adjust your stevia, adding a few more drops if necessary.
4Add chocolate chips and drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Should make about 12 - 16 cookies.
