fry beef
add veggies once beef is done
add cream of mushroom soup and then put aside
boil cauliflower ntil soft and then mash to make it look like potatoes while adding parmesean cheese, garlic, and butter
put meat mixture in a oven safe dish, top with cheddar cheese and then add mashed cauliflower on top
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes
