Steps
Sequence Step
1Place couscous in a bowl that has a tight fitting lid.
2Bring water to a boil, pour over couscous and cover for 5 minutes.
3Mince and add to large salad bowl.
4Chop and add to salad bowl.
5Mince and add to salad bowl.
6Peal and dice and add to salad bowl.
7Grate lemon peel and add to bowl
8Squeeze the juice into the salad bowl.
9Stir in the olive oil. Fluff the couscous with a fork and add to salad bowl.
10Season to taste with salt and pepper.
