Steps
Sequence Step
1Proof yeast in first amount of water
2Mix in different bowl sugar salt oil boiling water to dissolve. Then add cold water to make warm.
3Add mixture to proofed mix after about 10 min
4Whisk in about 3 cups of flour until smooth
5Knead in restof flour until elastic and not sticky
6Let rise until doubled
7Make into buns
8Let buns rise until about doubled
9Bake at 350°F for about 20 min until golden
