Mix in different bowl sugar salt oil boiling water to dissolve. Then add cold water to make warm.

Add mixture to proofed mix after about 10 min

Whisk in about 3 cups of flour until smooth

Knead in restof flour until elastic and not sticky

Let rise until doubled
