Place bread slices in a large bowl. Cover with lukewarm water and let bread soak up water. Leave enough water to cover bread. Once the bread has absorbed the water and is soft, drain water out of the bowl and gently squeeze out excess water. Leaving only the soaked bread in the bowl, add all other ingredients. Mix well with hands. Form and shape into indicated number of loaves and place on a baking sheet. Flash freeze. Once frozen, place into indicated number of gallon freezer bags. Label and freeze.
