Line baking sheet with foil and lighly grease with cooking spray. Place flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and salt into a reseable plastic bag and shake to mix. Place wings onto the prepared baking sheet and put in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Whisk together the melted butter and hot sauce in a small bowl. Dip the wings into the butter mixture and place back on the baking sheet. Back in the preheated oven until the chicken is no longer pink in the center. Turn half way thru cooking time so they cook evenly. If not crisp enough,you can lightly brush OVOO on the top of each wing and place under broiler. Keep a close eye so they don''t burn.
