Boil rice in a pot(20-30 min)

Chop all vegetables and cut the chicken into cubes.

Add some oil into a pan and start cooking half of the chopped onions and garlic, chives and add salt, black pepper and hot pepper flakes to taste.

Add in spinach into pan and mash it up while it cooks(10-15 min)

In another pot, add some oil and add in the other half of the chopped onions, tomatoes and chicken and cook.

Add in the other half of the garlic in the pot after 5 min and let it cook for 10-15min.

Add in drained rice into the pot with tomatoes and chicken when done.

Serve chicken, rice and spinach together.
