servings2 cups cooked chopped chicken

dashred peppers (hot), crushed

Steps
Sequence Step
1Boil rice in a pot(20-30 min)
2Chop all vegetables and cut the chicken into cubes.
3Add some oil into a pan and start cooking half of the chopped onions and garlic, chives and add salt, black pepper and hot pepper flakes to taste.
4Add in spinach into pan and mash it up while it cooks(10-15 min)
5In another pot, add some oil and add in the other half of the chopped onions, tomatoes and chicken and cook.
6Add in the other half of the garlic in the pot after 5 min and let it cook for 10-15min.
7Add in drained rice into the pot with tomatoes and chicken when done.
8Serve chicken, rice and spinach together.
