Grind oatmeal like flour, you can either add this to the milk to help soften it if it didn''t grind well or add it to the dry mix. 2-Mix all dry ingredients in a large bown. 3-Add sugar oil and vanilla to the milk. 4-Mix wet and dry together. 5-Whip egg whites to soft froth, then fold into the batter. 6-spray waffle iron with cooking spray and spoon batter onto it to cover about 3/4 of the section.
