brown extra lean ground beef on high season with salt.

drain fat if any, reduce heat to medium-low then add peppers onion and garlic. cook for 5 mins on low

add tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, 1/2 tsp dried marjoram and season with salt and pepper to taste!

cover and simmer on low for 30 mins.

serve about 1 1/3 cups in each bowl and top with 1/2 cup rice or serve over spaghetti squash. makes roughly 9 1/2 cups
