Steps

1Bring two litres of water to a boil
2Pour in pasta and cook for 5-8 minutes
3Pour cooked pasta into strainer and run cold water over noodles to cool, leave to drain
5Finely chop red peppers
6Slice baby carrots into thin slices
7In a large bowl pour drained pasta, vegetables, and fresh herbs toss together
8Drizzle evenly wine vinegar and olive oil over pasta mixture, toss together until evenly mixed and serve
