Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Create a large pool in the center for the wet ingredients.

Put all of the wet ingredients in the center and slowly stir by hand. If mix is "too wet" add additional ww flour.

Nuts and coconut and pineapple are optional

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. or when knife comes out clean. Cool before frosting with Cream Cheese Frosting.
