Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix all of dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2Create a large "pool" in the flour mixture for the wet ingredients. Add them one by one.
3Mix by hand with large spoon. Then pour into a 9x9 pan.
4Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Cool before frosting.
