This is a great cake with options to make it lower in fat and calories. Look for the Cream Cheese low fat/low calorie frosting also.

Mix all of dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Create a large "pool" in the flour mixture for the wet ingredients. Add them one by one.

Mix by hand with large spoon. Then pour into a 9x9 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Cool before frosting.
