Combine flour, sugar, salt, and egg. Whisk until smooth.

Add rhubarb. Toss to coat.

Scrape into shell. Dot with butter.

Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly.

Sprinkle evenly over filling.

Bake in bottom third of oven at 425°F for 10 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350°F and bake until golden brown and filling is bubbly. About 40 minutes.
