Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine flour, sugar, salt, and egg. Whisk until smooth.
2Add rhubarb. Toss to coat.
3Scrape into shell. Dot with butter.
4Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly.
5Sprinkle evenly over filling.
6Bake in bottom third of oven at 425°F for 10 minutes.
7Reduce heat to 350°F and bake until golden brown and filling is bubbly. About 40 minutes.
