In a saucepan, brown the ground beef. When done, drain and rinse in hot water. Drain the water from the beef very well. Rinse the saucepot you browned the beef in..in hot water. When done, put beef back into pot. Add the rest of the ingredients along w/2 tbsp italian seasoning and 1 teaspoon of garlic salt. You can put black pepper in if you like. Afterwards, stir in one can (from paste and sauce) of water. Let simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve on pasta.
