1Add pork, salt, pepper; stir fry for a bout three minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
2Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add pineapple and green pepper to the skillet; stir fry for 2 minutes.
3Combine pineapple juice and corn starch; add to skillet with cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce. Cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly.
