Preheat oven to 350.

Chop or food process nuts, dried fruits and chocolate chips.

Mix oats, coconut, sea salt and cinnamon in large bowl.

Add chopped items to dry mixture and mix well.

Mix nut butter, honey, coconut oil, water and vanilla in bowl.

Add liquid ingredients to dry mixture and stir well.

Pour into greased 9x13 pan or another size of your choice and bake for 25 minutes. Cut into 16 bars and keep in air tight container.
