1Wisk eggs with salt and sugar. Add 1/2 cup of warm milk, then flour. Wisk. Slowly add the rest of the milk and water as much as you need. Batter should be consistency of buttermilk. Let it sits for 15-30 min. Heat fry pan to medium hit, add little bit of butter, let it melt, poor batter in the skillet and rotate it that batter will fill all bottom in a thin layer. When sides start change color, carefully flip it on other side. Enjoy with sour cream, any preserves, caviar, and so on.
