Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine eggs, margarine, vanilla, applesauce, and both sugars
2sift together white flour, baking powder,clove and cinnamon.
3Add wheat flour, and cereal to flour mixture.
4Add flour mixture to egg mixture.
5Stir in carrots, apples, coconut, and nuts.
6Grease muffin tins or use paper cups
7Bake @ 350* for 25 minutes.
