core washed green peppers and leave them whole. slit them four times down the sides. Stand them in your pan or casserole. Brown the ground beef, cook the brown rice. Mix the rice into the ground meat, pour salsa in and mix until a soft consistency. Stir in half of the shredded cheese.

Stuff the peppers until very full. Spoon the rest of the filling over the tops of the full peppers.

Pour remaining salsa over the top and down into the pan. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 degree preheated oven, covering pan with foil unless using a lidded casserole. Bake for one hour.
