1PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES
2MIX DIJON MUSTARD, 1/4 CUP OF MAPLE SYRUP, AND 1 TABLESOOON OF RICE WINE VINEGAR
3PLACE CHICKEN THIGHS INTO A FOIL LINED, OVEN PROOF BAKING DISH. SALT AND PEPPER THIGHS.
4POUR MAPLE MUSTARD MIXTURE OVER THIGHS, TURNING THE THIGHS IN THE MIXTURE SO THEY ARE FULLY COATED.
5PLACE IN OVEN AND BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES. BASTE THE TOPS OF THE CHICKEN WITH MORE SAUCE HALF WAY THROUGH.
