This everyday gluten free bread has a nice texture and taste. I am still modifying it to suit my tastes.

Combine dry ingredients.

Combine wet ingredients.

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix for 5 minutes on medium.

Pour into greased USA Pullman pan 13x4x4.

Back for 60 minutes in a 350 degree F. preheated oven.
