1Substitute coconut oil with other items including I Can''t Believe It''s Not butter. You can also add walnuts. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. BLEND thoroughly in food processor (adding optional ingredients after other ingredients are blended; only blend for another 7-10 seconds.) Grease an 8x8 pan and using a spatula, flatten contents of batter into the pan. Bake for 25-35 minutes depending on your oven. Use a fork to poke and come out clean to check. Let cool completely before cutting (at least 15-20 minutes). Squares are about 1” high. These are even better the next day!
