Steps
Sequence Step
1Drain liquid from two cans of chickpeas and place in food processor.
2Add 1/2 cup olive oil, 6 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, 4 tablespoons tahini, and spices.
3Cover and process until you have a smooth consistency. Add water if too stiff or chunky.
4Place in serving bowl and top with sesame seeds (optional). Serve with pita bread, carrot sticks or pretzel chips. Enjoy!
