Drain liquid from two cans of chickpeas and place in food processor.

Add 1/2 cup olive oil, 6 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, 4 tablespoons tahini, and spices.

Cover and process until you have a smooth consistency. Add water if too stiff or chunky.

Place in serving bowl and top with sesame seeds (optional). Serve with pita bread, carrot sticks or pretzel chips. Enjoy!
