1. Place olive oil, sea salt, crushed red pepper, garlic, basil and olives in a medium bowl, stirring to incorporate. Add mozzarella balls, toss to coat and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
2. Remove from refrigerator 15minutes before serving to allow oil to come to room temperature.
3. Marinated mozzarella will keep in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
