Steam cauliflower for 4 to 5 minutes, until just tender. Drain and chop fine, 2 cups.

Preheat oven to 400F

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and check seasonings. Add salt and pepper to taste if needed.

Roll 1 TBL of mixture into oval "tot" shapes.

Bake on oiled cookie sheet or silicon mat for 9 minutes, roll over and cook 9 more or until golden.
