Brown stew meat in oil in skillet. Sprinkle with flour and toss.

Add stock and all veggies and seasonings - except peas - to crockpot

Add beef

Add enough water to bring the level up to almost full

simmer until potatoes are tender and adjust seasonings and salt

add peas 10 minutes before serving and allow to heat through
