Steps

1Dice Garlic clove and Onion into small size pieces.
2Add olive oil to fry pan and add in diced garlic and onion.
3Saute garlic and onion in olive oil while you dice the tomatoes and red pepper.
4Add in half the pinot grigio wine and reduce by half.
