Steep oatmeal, water, and applesauce together for 20 minutes.

Cream together brown sugar, sugar, sugar substitute, egg substitute. Add in oatmeal mixture. Mix together.

Mix together flour, oat flour, salt, cinnamon, all spice. Add to mixture in step 2. Mix all together well.

Pour mixture into lined cupcake pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
