1Combine the molasses, vinegar, steak sauce, allspice, and pepper flakes in a small bowl. Mix with a wisk and set aside.
2Sprinkle pork chops with salt and black pepper.
3Heat large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add pork; cook 2 minutes on each side.
4Pour molasses mixture over chops and cook 2 minutes more.
