Boil water with lentils and red pepper in pot

saute onions and garlic with oil in skillet until onions are clear, not caramelized.

Add curry and cook 4 minutes.

Add tomatoes and cook for 5 - 10 minutes.

Add chicken, stir and cook until chicken cooked on outside.
